Construction industry software developer, HCSS, announced it has broken ground on a new building and parking structure at its Sugar Land, Tex., campus. The two-story, approximately 56,000-sq. ft. office building will be the third on the 12-acre corporate headquarters, which HCSS has inhabited since 2010.
Goode Company Seafood’s Memorial location has moved to a nearby spot. The seafood restaurant, formerly at 10211 Katy Freeway, moved to 10201 Katy Freeway, suite 400, on Nov. 4. The 8,378-square-foot restaurant was designed by Goode Company Restaurants CEO Levi Goode, alongside Houston-based Gin Design Group and Houston-based Studio Red Architects.

Houston Farmers Market’s upcoming redevelopment is one step closer to completion. A groundbreaking ceremony for the project at 2520 Airline Drive was held Aug. 6. Scheduled to be completed in late 2020 or early 2021, the 17.67-acre market will include more modern infrastructure, climate-controlled spaces, open-air market areas, restrooms and common seating areas.
