William O. Neuhaus III, FAIA, LEED® AP joined Studio RED Architects as a Principal after a 35-year career as Founder and President of W.O. Neuhaus Architects (WONA). His over 50 years experience and strong dedication to the City of Houston is shown through civic and non profit projects that include historical renovation and urban design, he has gained local and national recognition for his design research. Mentoring others helps him maintain his scholarly and studied approach Some of Bill’s projects include the transformation of a 5-story 1920s warehouse to the LEED Gold Houston Permitting Center, The Amazing Place, an Alzheimer’s Memory Center, Echo Valley Ranch near Rio Frio, Texas, Search Homeless Services, The House of Tiny Treasures, MATCH, conversion of the historical Jefferson Davis Hospital into the Elder Street Artist Lofts, and the renovation of the 1948 Nabisco Bakery into the John P. McGovern Campus, which houses Texas Medical Center offices.
