Studio Red, in conjunction with Kudela & Weinheimer Landscape Architects, designed this amenity center for the Master Planned Community of Pecan Ridge in Fulshear County. The project includes an enclosed, air-conditioned recreation and fitness center with an open-air pavilion supported by a separate restroom building and a pool equipment building. As part of a larger site that includes pool and playground components, this amenity center serves residents of the community as a central hub and destination for play and fellowship.
