Lee College selected Studio RED to design its newest educational building—a performing arts center. In addition to the 800-seat proscenium theater, black box theater, recording studio and support spaces, the building holds 28 classrooms. Lee College did not seek any level of LEED Certification for this project, but the design embraced Lee College’s sustainable design
