Construction has begun on The Homestead at Legacy by Hillwood, a new master planned community by Hillwood Communities in southeast Houston. Legacy, when completed, will be a 700-Acre community with 1,600 homes. The Homestead will the the community’s flagship amenity center complete with Event Lawn, Fitness Center, Leisure & Lap Pool and Playground. The project design by Studio Red and Clark Condon is slated to be open in Summer 2027.
