Studio RED was selected to design an urban park and bring stability to the Sabine River shoreline. The boardwalk pavilion creates a destination for outdoor community events like parades and festivals and provides recreational space and safe access to the riverfront for pedestrians. The design is a result of collaboration between Studio RED designers Pete Ed Garrett, Bill Neuhaus, former Mayor Claybar, Jeffery Carbo Landscape Architects and Walker Riedel of the Stark Foundation.
