Studio RED Opens Denver Office
Studio RED is excited to announce the opening of a Denver office. The firm has always had close ties to the Denver area and is looking forward to extending their reach. The Denver office will be lead by young architect-on-the-rise and Managing Director, Gwyndolyn Mowbray. Gwyndolyn joined Studio RED in 2012 after graduating from Auburn and immediately made her presence felt at the firm. A licensed architect, Gwyndolyn specializes in designing and managing theatre, commercial and sustainable projects and is passionate about detail-oriented, flexible design.
Gwyndolyn has worked on several high profile projects including the Alley Theatre Renovation, Memorial City Treehouse and Smart Financial Centre in Sugar Land. Gwyndolyn notes that, “I’m looking forward to the opportunity and challenge of expanding Studio RED’s reach in the Denver area. I believe in this firm and the high quality architecture and service we provide.”
In addition to her Project Architect role, Gwyndolyn has also served as the firm’s BIM Manager for the last three years and her responsibilities include setting up new projects, mentoring peers, and troubleshooting model issues. Gwyndolyn has strong communication skills and has served as the Entertainment Committee head at Studio RED, planning the company’s AIA Sandcastle Competition entry, Canstruction entry and organizing informal social events.
Partner Pete Ed Garrett notes that “Gwyndolyn is a talented young architect with an aptitude for business development and a keen attention to detail. She is the perfect person to head up our Denver office.”
