The Lake House at Grand Central Park Named a “Solid Gold” Winner at the 2025 Greater Houston Builders Association PRISM Awards

The Lake House at Grand Central Park by Johnson Development was crowned a “Solid Gold” Winner at the 2025 Greater Houston Builders Association (GHBA) PRISM Awards. Designed by Studio Red Architects, the Lake House captures signature views of the property which was once the Camp Strake property in Conroe, Texas. It was recognized by GHBA as this year’s top Master Planned Community Amenity.
