Studio RED Architects has been working with the City of Pearland and UHCL on Phase 1 of a multi-phase master plan since early 2009. Phase 1 is a one-story 31,000 sf academic facility and conference facility with a second tenant in The Pearland Economic Development Company.

Construction of the building is expected to be complete July, 2010. Click here for more Studio RED Architects education projects.
